Question 1

What is Amello?

Accepted Answer

Amello is an AI assistant for your restaurant. It looks at how your business shows up online: your Google listing, your competitors, your Instagram and Facebook, and your sales if you connect your POS. Then it tells you what to fix first and prepares the work for you: posts, captions, replies and customer messages. You approve everything before it goes out.

Question 2

Who is Amello for?

Accepted Answer

Restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, bakeries and other food businesses that don't have a marketing team. That includes a place that opened recently and wants to be found, and an established outlet that wants to market itself regularly without hiring an agency.

Question 3

Do I need to know marketing to use Amello?

Accepted Answer

No. Ask in your own words, for example "What should I post this weekend?", and Amello answers in plain language. Every suggestion comes with a short reason why it matters.

Question 4

Does Amello work outside India?

Accepted Answer

Not today. Amello is built for food businesses in India, and the restaurant search covers Indian listings only.

Question 5

Do I need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Amello runs in the browser on your phone or computer. Go to amello.ai to get started. There's nothing to install.

Question 6

How is Amello different from ChatGPT or other AI tools?

Accepted Answer

Amello already knows your business. It has scanned your Google listing, competitors and website, and it keeps a record of facts about your restaurant. It can see your Instagram and Facebook results, and your Rista sales if you connect them. It can also post and schedule to Instagram and Facebook for you once you approve. A general chatbot starts from zero every time and can't post anything.

Question 7

Can Amello replace my social media person or agency?

Accepted Answer

Amello does a lot of the day-to-day work: ideas, posts, captions, scheduling, comment replies and advice on what to do next. You can use it on its own or alongside the people who already help you. Either way, you stay in control, because nothing goes out without your OK.

Question 8

Does Amello ever change my menu or prices?

Accepted Answer

Never. Amello can tell you which dishes are selling well and which aren't, and help you promote them. It never edits your menu or prices anywhere: not in your POS, not on Zomato or Swiggy, not anywhere else.

Question 9

Who is "Arin"?

Accepted Answer

Arin is the name of the Amello assistant you chat with. When you see Arin in a chat, that's Amello.
