Question 1

Can Amello design posts for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ask something like "Make a post for our weekend brunch" and Amello creates the image, a caption and hashtags. Don't like it? Tap regenerate, or ask for a completely new idea.

Question 2

Can I use my own photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and for food, your own photos are usually the best choice. Upload a photo and say "post this as it is" (or "waise hi"), and Amello will leave the photo alone and just write the caption.

Question 3

Will my logo appear on the posts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, once you upload it in Brand Kit. You can also tell Amello where to put it, like "logo top right" or "logo neeche".

Question 4

Does Amello know about festivals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Amello has a calendar of Indian festivals and food occasions, national and regional, and can prepare festival posts ahead of time. Ask "What's coming up in the next two weeks?"

Question 5

Can Amello make videos?

Accepted Answer

Amello doesn't create videos from scratch today. Upload your own clips and Amello writes the caption, adds a sound for Instagram reels, and posts them as reels or stories.

Question 6

Can Amello make WhatsApp creatives?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ask for a WhatsApp post and you'll get an image and message ready for a broadcast and your WhatsApp status. Copy or download them and send from your own WhatsApp.

Question 7

Can Amello make a banner for my website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ask for a website banner and download it to use on your site.

Question 8

Are Amello's images AI-generated?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Images Amello designs from scratch are AI-generated. They're made to look like your kind of food, but they won't be an exact photo of your dish. For specific dishes, your own photos work best, and Amello can post them as they are.

Question 9

Can I download posts to use somewhere else?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every post Amello makes can be downloaded.

Question 10

The captions don't sound like us. How do I fix that?

Accepted Answer

Tell Amello how you talk. Add notes in Pantry AI under your voice and dos and don'ts, for example "we never use emojis" or "always mention free delivery above ₹299". You can also ask for a rewrite in chat: "more casual", "shorter", "in Hinglish".

Question 11

Can Amello make a post about one specific dish?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Just ask: "Make a post for our paneer tikka". If you've connected Rista, Amello can also suggest which dishes are worth featuring, based on what's actually selling.
